We use this data solely to provide you with an estimated tax refund calculation and to generate a formal claim letter if you choose our Premium service.

4. Data Retention

Guest Users

Data extracted from uploaded documents is held only for the duration of your active browser session and is not saved to our permanent database.

Registered Users

We retain your calculation history and generated letters for as long as your account is active to allow you to track your claims.

5. AI Transparency

Our Premium service utilizes Generative AI to assist in drafting formal correspondence to HMRC. By using this service, you acknowledge that you must review the generated output for accuracy before use.
